Prof. Fushuan Wen from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China was invited as a member of SGCE Editorial Board. Dr. Wen research interests include fault diagnosis and system restoration, power economics, power system investment planning and operation optimization, smart grids and electric vehicles. He has published more than 300 papers in which 70+ papers are indexed by SCI and 260+ are indexed by EI.
